We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were lovely and went above and beyond. the hotel was stunning and just oozed class and sophistication. There were so many pools to choose from. The Complimentary spa and sauna was also perfect i honestly couldn't fault this place. the breakfast was great!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha! The staff made our experience especially memorable—our heartfelt thanks to the Grand Club team for their kindness, attentiveness, and the warm way they treated our son. The beach was a highlight: conveniently located just steps from the hotel, with no need for a buggy or long walks. Thoughtful touches like fresh lemon or cucumber water, soft towels on the sunbeds, and refreshing cold towels added a touch of luxury. Plus, the view of the Pearl Island towers made for a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere, free from any construction distractions. Upgrading to a Club room with buffet breakfast and full access to the Grand Club turned out to be an excellent choice—it was great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the evening canapé offerings from 6 to 8 PM, which included a small buffet with main courses, salads, fresh fruit, and a delightful selection of desserts. It served perfectly as dinner for us!

Vivy, Mamun and Rose excellent job! the most important point was how the management dealt with poor behaviour of one staff member, I was next in line to be served at reception, a customer came diagonally in a rush and chose NOT to be in line. When the business center male employee was free for another customer, he stood up walking towards reception, I looked at him, showed my walking stick, initiated walking, there was eye contact, but was ignored. The customer who was NOT in the line was attended , not those waiting in line, politely. BAD MANNERS! I complained to the management, and they apologised sincerely. Beautiful birds in the gardens! one of my pictures has one with yellow feathers

Elegant, spacious hotel with warm, friendly staff and superb Thai food. Impeccably clean throughout. Our room was a nice size with balcony. The Grand Lounge is worth the upgrade, offering a generous evening spread, practically a full dinner. Grounds are a lovely surprise - spacious lawns and pathways, carefully tended, the hotel had small goal nets set up and the kids played happily while we enjoyed the evening beach vibes, far preferable to a separate kids space, felt more like a friendly neighbourhood on the sea. The extra bed we requested was a full twin, very comfortable. In-room doing also tasty. Overall, the value, facilities, and service are top notch. Don’t miss the Thai food, another highlight of our stay.

It was a great holiday and it was our first time at Qatar, Doha. The hotel was amazing with great facilities and excellent customer service. The reception staff, concierge, cleaners, restaurant staff and breakfast team, they were all lovely. A huge shout out to Anas from the reception team, who has been amazing and a great help. He had lovely tips and recommended lots of nice places for us to visit so thank you Anas.

Great dining options, the Italian and Thai restaurants were our favourite. There are various happy hours at the beach bar, sports bar and some restaurants if that is of interest.
