Vivy, Mamun and Rose excellent job! the most important point was how the management dealt with poor behaviour of one staff member, I was next in line to be served at reception, a customer came diagonally in a rush and chose NOT to be in line. When the business center male employee was free for another customer, he stood up walking towards reception, I looked at him, showed my walking stick, initiated walking, there was eye contact, but was ignored. The customer who was NOT in the line was attended , not those waiting in line, politely. BAD MANNERS! I complained to the management, and they apologised sincerely. The staff was very friendly and the facility was super great in both location and elegance. We have seen an excellent hospitality specially from front desk employees and Mr. Innocent the duty manager

It was a great holiday and it was our first time at Qatar, Doha. The hotel was amazing with great facilities and excellent customer service. The reception staff, concierge, cleaners, restaurant staff and breakfast team, they were all lovely. A huge shout out to Anas from the reception team, who has been amazing and a great help. He had lovely tips and recommended lots of nice places for us to visit so thank you Anas.

From the minute we arrived, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much of a problem, our room was fabulous on the 5th floor, club room with access to the grand lounge, concierge Prakriti was exceptional in her service to us when ever we saw her, the lounge was a haven of good coffee and mid day nibbles, in the evening the canapés being served were more like a meal, we had 3 courses every evening fab choices which were different each night. Alcohol is served when there in the evening but worth mentioning no alcohol is available during Ramadan. Outside the grounds are immaculate we used the main pool which was lovely and warm, lifeguards are around till 6pm but you can swim after that your on own risk, the beach is beautiful and the infinity pool was very nice as well. Breakfast was a fabulous array of foods both hot and cold options food for even the fussiest eaters. The stars of the hotel are the staff all staff spoke to us checking all was well and we were happy with everything, worth noting the response when we advised our fridge was not working, a quick call and the whole fridge was changed our within the hour. Planning a return trip ASAP. There is a mall literally just across the road with multiple shops including a supermarket for anything you forget.
