From the minute we arrived, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much of a problem, our room was fabulous on the 5th floor, club room with access to the grand lounge, concierge Prakriti was exceptional in her service to us when ever we saw her, the lounge was a haven of good coffee and mid day nibbles, in the evening the canapés being served were more like a meal, we had 3 courses every evening fab choices which were different each night. Alcohol is served when there in the evening but worth mentioning no alcohol is available during Ramadan. Outside the grounds are immaculate we used the main pool which was lovely and warm, lifeguards are around till 6pm but you can swim after that your on own risk, the beach is beautiful and the infinity pool was very nice as well. Breakfast was a fabulous array of foods both hot and cold options food for even the fussiest eaters. The stars of the hotel are the staff all staff spoke to us checking all was well and we were happy with everything, worth noting the response when we advised our fridge was not working, a quick call and the whole fridge was changed our within the hour. Planning a return trip ASAP. There is a mall literally just across the road with multiple shops including a supermarket for anything you forget.

The staff made our experience especially memorable—our heartfelt thanks to the Grand Club team for their kindness, attentiveness, and the warm way they treated our son. The beach was a highlight: conveniently located just steps from the hotel, with no need for a buggy or long walks. Thoughtful touches like fresh lemon or cucumber water, soft towels on the sunbeds, and refreshing cold towels added a touch of luxury. Plus, the view of the Pearl Island towers made for a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere, free from any construction distractions. Upgrading to a Club room with buffet breakfast and full access to the Grand Club turned out to be an excellent choice—it was great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the evening canapé offerings from 6 to 8 PM, which included a small buffet with main courses, salads, fresh fruit, and a delightful selection of desserts. It served perfectly as dinner for us!

The Grand Lounge is worth the upgrade, offering a generous evening spread, practically a full dinner. Grounds are a lovely surprise - spacious lawns and pathways, carefully tended, the hotel had small goal nets set up and the kids played happily while we enjoyed the evening beach vibes, far preferable to a separate kids space, felt more like a friendly neighbourhood on the sea. The extra bed we requested was a full twin, very comfortable. In-room doing also tasty. Overall, the value, facilities, and service are top notch. Don’t miss the Thai food, another highlight of our stay.

Vivy, Mamun and Rose excellent job! the most important point was how the management dealt with poor behaviour of one staff member, I was next in line to be served at reception, a customer came diagonally in a rush and chose NOT to be in line. When the business center male employee was free for another customer, he stood up walking towards reception, I looked at him, showed my walking stick, initiated walking, there was eye contact, but was ignored. The customer who was NOT in the line was attended , not those waiting in line, politely. BAD MANNERS! I complained to the management, and they apologised sincerely. Beautiful birds in the gardens! one of my pictures has one with yellow feathers

The reception staff, concierge, cleaners, restaurant staff and breakfast team, they were all lovely. A huge shout out to Anas from the reception team, who has been amazing and a great help. He had lovely tips and recommended lots of nice places for us to visit so thank you Anas.
